Three Programmes.
One Engineering Standard.

Each programme is built with a hardware-aware lens, delivered by practitioners, and structured so that participants leave with skills they can put to work immediately.

// How We Structure Training

The cindras Methodology

Each cindras programme follows a workbench model: concepts are introduced in the context of an engineering problem, worked through in a lab, and then consolidated into reference material that participants keep. The sequence — problem first, theory second, reference last — reflects how engineering knowledge is acquired and retained in practice.

Hardware considerations are not isolated to a dedicated module. They are woven into each topic so participants develop an intuition for thinking about hardware constraints alongside ML engineering choices, rather than treating hardware as a separate concern to address later.

Corporate cohort programmes begin with a scoping conversation that aligns the programme to the organisation's engineering context. The delivery, materials, and post-programme handbook are all adjusted based on that scoping.

Problem-Led Structure

Each module opens with an engineering problem before introducing the underlying concept.

Lab Immediately After

Labs follow concepts in the same session — not deferred to a separate practicum period.

Hardware Throughout

Hardware constraints appear alongside ML topics throughout the programme, not in a separate track.

Reference to Keep

Materials are structured for post-programme use, not just note-taking during sessions.

Shared Standards and Protocols

Data Privacy (PDPA)

Participant data is handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Enrolment information is used for programme delivery only and is not shared with third parties.

Curriculum Review Schedule

All programme content is reviewed on a regular schedule. Lab environments and code examples are updated to reflect current hardware tooling and ML engineering practice.

Participant Feedback Process

Structured feedback is collected at the close of every programme. Responses are reviewed by instructors and reflected in subsequent curriculum planning.

Practitioner-Only Instruction

Sessions are delivered only by engineers with active professional experience in the topics covered. No outsourced or contracted general trainers.

Written Scope Before Enrolment

Every participant receives a written programme scope document before committing to enrolment. What is covered, what is not, and what the prerequisites are — all set out in writing.

Lab Environment Testing

All lab environments and sample datasets are verified before each programme run to confirm they are functioning correctly and reflect current engineering conditions.
