// 1.0 — Introduction
About These Terms
These terms govern your participation in any training programme offered by cindras, registered and operating from Persiaran APEC 12, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. By submitting an enrolment enquiry or registering for a programme, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
cindras reserves the right to update these terms as needed. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment applies to your registration. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered participants.
// 2.0 — Programmes
Programme Descriptions and Scope
cindras currently offers three training programmes. The scope, schedule, and included materials for each are described on the Solutions page and in the programme-specific information pack provided to registered participants.
Foundations Programme — RM 500
A multi-week structured programme covering hardware-aware ML engineering fundamentals. Includes module materials, practical labs, and reference notes.
Applied Engineering Track — RM 2,100
A multi-week applied track centred on engineering projects with a hardware-aware lens. Includes project labs, sample datasets, and instructor support.
Corporate Cohort Programme — RM 4,500
A custom multi-session engagement tailored to an organisation's team. Includes planning sessions, delivery, and a reference handbook.
cindras may adjust programme content, schedule, or delivery format prior to commencement where operationally necessary. Registered participants will be notified in advance of any material changes.
// 3.0 — Enrolment
Registration Process
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or by email does not constitute a confirmed place. Enrolment is confirmed once cindras has reviewed your registration, issued a confirmation, and where applicable, received the required payment.
For the Corporate Cohort Programme, enrolment is confirmed through a written agreement between cindras and the organisation covering scope, schedule, and fees.
cindras may decline or defer a registration where cohort capacity is reached or where the programme is considered unsuitable for the applicant's stated background. In such cases, you will be informed and any payment received will be returned in full.
// 4.0 — Payment
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of enrolment confirmation.
For individual programmes (Foundations and Applied Engineering Track), full payment is required prior to the programme start date unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
For the Corporate Cohort Programme, payment terms are set out in the engagement agreement. A deposit may be required to confirm scheduling.
// 5.0 — Cancellations and Transfers
Withdrawal and Cohort Changes
If you need to withdraw from a programme after enrolment is confirmed, please notify cindras in writing at [email protected] as early as possible.
- Withdrawals made 14 or more calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid.
- Withdrawals made 7 to 13 calendar days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid.
- Withdrawals made fewer than 7 calendar days before the start date, or after the programme has commenced, are not eligible for a refund.
Transfer to a future cohort of the same programme is available where space permits and must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the original start date. Transfers are available once per enrolment.
// 6.0 — Programme Cancellation by cindras
When cindras Cancels or Reschedules
cindras reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme in circumstances that make delivery impracticable. Where a programme is cancelled by cindras before commencement, registered participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
Where a programme is rescheduled, participants will be offered the choice of attending the rescheduled dates or receiving a full refund. cindras's liability in the event of cancellation is limited to the return of fees paid and does not extend to travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
// 7.0 — Participation
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to engage with programme sessions and materials respectfully and in good faith. Conduct that disrupts the learning environment, is disrespectful to trainers or fellow participants, or constitutes academic dishonesty may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisite background described for a programme before enrolling. cindras may provide guidance on suitability but cannot confirm individual readiness on behalf of the participant.
// 8.0 — Materials and Intellectual Property
Use of Programme Materials
All programme materials — including slides, lab sheets, reference notes, datasets, and handbooks — are provided for the personal use of the enrolled participant. They may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without cindras's written consent.
Materials shared with corporate cohort participants remain the property of cindras unless otherwise agreed in the engagement agreement. The reference handbook included in the Corporate Cohort Programme may be retained and used internally by the commissioning organisation.
// 9.0 — Limitation of Liability
Scope of cindras's Responsibility
cindras's programmes are educational in nature. Participation does not constitute a professional qualification, certification, or endorsement unless explicitly stated. cindras does not make representations about specific outcomes of participation.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, cindras's liability to any participant is limited to the fees paid for the programme in question. cindras is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from participation or non-participation in a programme.
// 10.0 — Governing Law
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in a cindras programme will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Where a dispute involves a corporate client, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion before pursuing formal proceedings.
